We've gotten a lot of requests to lower our non-refundable amount. So we are listening and responding. We now offer:
🌴 A More Flexible Way to Reserve Your Stay at Casa Colonial
We’ve listened to our guests and made an important change to our reservation policy to better meet your needs.
What’s new? Instead of a 50% non-refundable deposit, we now require only a 30% non-refundable fee to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Why the change? As a small, independent property, we’re committed to offering personalized service and exclusive access to our villas. Holding a villa off the market for a tentative booking impacts our ability to serve other travelers. This new policy strikes a balance—giving you more flexibility while helping us operate sustainably.
