Chef Gaby's Specialties:

Chef Gaby is a formally trained Yucatecan chef and accomplished pastry chef. She uses only the freshest ingredients and prepares her cuisine in the pavilion for a truly local Cozumel experience. (please communicate any food allergies in your group) Cooking classes available too, please inquire. Please reserve this service at least 7 days in advance. Minimum 8 guests. Monday - Saturday.

Breakfast:

Includes coffee, fresh-squeezed juice, fresh fruits, butter/toast. Please choose 1 menu selection.

Lunch:

A diverse range of flavorful dishes which are all sourced daily and locally. Please choose 1 menu selection. (Drinks not included)

Dinner:

3 course dinner: Includes pico de gallo, guacamole & chips; black beans & rice served with meal, and Chef's favorite seasonal dessert. (Drinks not included) Please choose 1 menu selection. Dinner is approximately 2 hours.

Open bar service

Open Margarita bar for 2 hours during dinner only - Please inquire about other drink combinations.

Desserts

Dinner only: Chef's choice, dessert will be paired with corresponding meal. (Included with dinner) Chef Gaby prepares many delectable desserts not shown on menu.
