🌿 CASA COLONIAL — RESERVATION POLICY

📌 Reservation Confirmation

A reservation is confirmed once payment is received according to the deposit terms below. A confirmation email will be sent immediately after your booking is processed.

💳 Deposit Policy

  • A deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount is required at the time of booking to secure your stay.

  • The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

  • For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, 100% of the total amount is charged at the time of booking.

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival are charged 50% of the total reservation amount.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are charged 100% of the total reservation amount.

  • No‑shows are charged 100% of the total reservation amount.

  • All cancellation or modification requests must be submitted in writing.

🕒 Check‑In & Check‑Out

  • Check‑in time: 3:00 PM

  • Check‑out time: 11:00 AM

  • Early check‑in or late check‑out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

🏡 House Rules

  • Maximum occupancy is 2 guests per villa unless otherwise approved in writing.

  • Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

  • Pets are not allowed.

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

  • Parties, events, or unregistered visitors are not permitted.

  • A valid government‑issued ID is required at check‑in.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning resulting from their stay.

🛡️ Limitation of Liability & Guest Responsibility

  • 🏡 Personal Responsibility
    Guests agree to use the property and its amenities responsibly and with respect for the space.

  • 🧳 Personal Belongings
    Casa Colonial is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items during the stay.

  • ⚕️ Allergies & Sensitivities
    Guests with allergies or medical conditions should inform us in advance. While we do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen‑free environment.

  • 🚫 Outside Service Providers
    For the safety, security, and privacy of all guests, outside service providers (including chefs, massage therapists, cleaners, or other vendors) are not permitted on the property unless expressly approved in writing by Casa Colonial.

  • 📝 Property Care
    Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning resulting from their stay.

📄 Acceptance of Terms

By completing a reservation, guests agree to all Casa Colonial policies, including deposit, cancellation, house rules, and guest responsibility guidelines.
