Reservation Policy

To make a reservation go to our reservation page (see menu above) and start by filling in the search bar. After clicking the "search" button; make your reservation as you would on any booking engine. For questions about how to use our booking engine/reservation page; there is an instruction video at the bottom the the reservation page for your convenience.

At checkout you will see that the deposit is equal to 30% of the rental fee. This payment confirms your reservation and is non-refundable. A confirmation letter will be sent to you once your deposit is received. The second half of your deposit is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

We’ve listened to our guests and made an important change to our reservation policy to better meet your needs.

 

What’s new?
Instead of a 50% non-refundable deposit, we now require only a 30% non-refundable fee to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

 

Why the change?
As a small, independent property, we’re committed to offering personalized service and exclusive access to our villas. Holding a villa off the market for a tentative booking impacts our ability to serve other travelers. This new policy strikes a balance—giving you more flexibility while helping us operate sustainably.
