Cancellation Policy

All rental fees, taxes, and security deposits quoted are in U.S. Dollars. An initial non-refundable payment of 50% of the rental fee is due in order to confirm a reservation. The balance of the rental fee and security deposit, is due 30 days prior to arrival at Casa Colonial. There are no refunds of the rental fee balance if cancellation is requested within 30 days of the arrival date. Refunds on cancellations prior to 60 days of arrival will be made only if we are able to re-book the same villa for the exact same dates and at the same rental rate. All cancellations regardless of whether we are able to re-book the home or not; are subject to a $150 processing fee. Cancellations for reservations between 12/18/25 and 01/6/26 will incur a $300 processing fee.
