I’m Sarah Rodriguez. My husband Bob and I started Cozumel Concierge in 2001 as a simple way to help guests of Casa Colonial discover the best of Cozumel. Because we lived on the island full‑time and understood what North American travelers typically look for, we shared recommendations based on real experience and local insight. Over time, guests came to appreciate having clear, trustworthy guidance during their stay.

As our hospitality business grew, we often found ourselves fully booked on the dates our returning guests hoped to visit. Even when they couldn’t stay with us, they still reached out for guidance on what to do, where to go, and how to make the most of their time on the island. To help them, we began sharing recommendations online—simple web pages, curated lists, and local insights offered as a courtesy.

Over time, those resources took on a life of their own. What started as a favor for longtime guests gradually evolved into Cozumel Concierge, a trusted source of clear, honest, locally informed travel guidance.
