Deposit Policy

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Rates

  • Private full‑estate rental for 16 guests

  • Accommodates up to 20 guests

  • $50 per person, per night for guests 17–20

  • Nightly rate: $800 + 19% tax

  • 4‑night minimum stay

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 30+ days before arrival are refundable. Within 30 days, the reservation is non‑refundable.

Occupancy, Children & Pets

​

Casa Colonial welcomes families. Children count toward occupancy. Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance.
